At KaPability Support Services, we are committed to protecting participant’s personal and confidential information. All information is stored, retained and disposed off securely. All records are kept confidential in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles. They will not be distributed to any third party without obtaining a participant’s prior consent or where statutory obligations require us to disclose the information. Participants, or their authorised representatives, can request access to the collected information at any time to view, amend and/or delete in accordance with Privacy Law.
