Our Story
The NDIS roll out over recent years has turned previous limitations into many new possibilities for people living with disability. KaPability Support Services is established to leverage these possibilities and harness our co-founder Phani’s extensive industry experience and knowledge in the sector.
Phani has more than 12 years experience delivering direct support to people with disability in the government and non-government sectors. From traditional disability services to the more recent NDIS services, Phani has experienced it all.
Whether it’s support in home or in the community, we are capable and we can make it happen. We live by our values and strive to work towards our mission.

To ensure that quality of support is never compromised, we recruit and retain only the best. All our team members go through rigorous training and extensive checks to ensure they are equipped with all the essential skills they need to perform their duties.
All our team members are required to have:
- Current Level 2 First Aid (Including CPR)
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- Medication Administration Training
- COVID-19 Infection Control
